Forecast Discussion
A cold front associated with a low pressure is passing over the region at the moment which is responsible for the rainy conditions today through Saturday. The low pressure will enter the occlusion stage as it passes over, lowering the temperatures to the mid 50’s and will continue to bring rain. It will also cause strong winds for tonight that will decrease as the low pressure moves over the region. After the system passes it will make way for a high pressure off the east coast to channel in warm air from the Gulf increasing temperatures to the mid-upper 70’s for the early part of next week.
