Yesterday seen pleasant weather conditions, today will be no different. Highs possibly reaching into the low 60’s with a calm breeze coming from the North. Today is the day to go outside and take advantage of this Spring-like warmth. Tonight we see our temperatures crash back down close to freezing with a chance of a passing rain shower. Sunday will not be very Spring-like unfortunately. High’s tomorrow will struggle to warm above 40 degrees with a potentially cold Northerly breeze throughout the day. Sunday night into Monday morning we may even see a chance of snow showers as our lows will dip into the low 20’s. However, our weather models have been experiencing trouble getting a good grasp of this quick-hitting system. The current thinking is this system has a higher chance of underperforming than overperforming for our area. Overall, don’t be surprised if we wake up to a grassy coating or nothing come Monday morning.

Looking out toward the extended forecast we see a very notable warm trend coming. Monday will be the last hiccup before we see Spring take hold likely the rest of the week. Tuesday and Wednesday will see the highs easily reach the upper 50’s and 60’s with increased chances of precipitation likewise. You know the saying, “April showers bring May flowers”. In our case it will be March showers will bring increased chances of flash flooding and thunderstorms!
