Forecast Discussion
High-pressure returns once more for the remainder of the week and into the weekend. With this high-pressure and a substantial ridge aloft, stable conditions are expected up until Monday. Sunny skies will make for a beautiful day to celebrate July 4th without any concern for rain to dampen the evening for fireworks. However, temperatures are likely to return to the 90s during the holiday. Of course, we at Scalia ask you to please practice safety when enjoying fireworks tomorrow evening! Fireworks are a beautiful display to view in the night sky, but please only enjoy them in a safe and open area away from homes and buildings.
Otherwise, stable conditions are expected to persist into the weekend with temperatures soaring back into the lower-to-mid 90s, unfortunately. By Monday, an approaching low-pressure system and cold front will allow rain chances to return and possibly even a rumble of thunder or two in the afternoon and evening.
