Forecast Discussion

The chance for snow flurries returns once again tonight into tomorrow morning. The bulk of this snow will hit overnight and before sunrise, but there could be some stray flurries throughout the day on Saturday. Thankfully, any expected snowfall isn’t likely to be significant for travel. Warm air will move into the state today and tomorrow, allowing temperatures to warm into the upper-30s both days, but colder air will follow close behind on Sunday. Temperatures will once again drop Sunday as well as Monday with daytime temperatures only reaching the lower-to-mid-20s each day. Persistent winds will likely make being outside feel even chillier, so make sure you especially bundle up Sunday through Tuesday. Feel free to visit the National Weather Service’s safety page on winter weather for any tips to handle these bitterly cold temperatures.
