The National Weather Service in Charelston, WV has issued a Flood Watch until February 12, 08:00 PM EST  

Overnight a warm front passed over the area bringing warmer temperatures and rain to our area. Currently a cold front will be passing through our area bringing us more rain and the chance of rain/snow mix later tonight. With the passing cold front we will see colder temperatures into tonight and into Wednesday with highs in the uppper 30s. Also on Wednedsay we will see very windy conditons with with speeds reaching up to 20 mph. Once the low is pushed out of the Ohio Valley we will see things begin to clear up Wednesday night into Thursday. On Thursday we will see spring like temperatures again with highs reaching upper 50s into low 60s. These temperatures won’t last long  as we have another system out in the upper Midwest that will bring precipation for the weekend. This weekend will be cooler with a chance of rain on Friday turning into snow for Saturday and Sunday.
