Forecast Discussion
The high pressure system that as been over Athens for the past couple days will begin to be move away and be replaced by a low pressure system this evening. This new system will bring a train of cold fronts to the area. These cold fronts will drop temperatures slightly on Friday and Saturday but will mainly consist of bringing rain showers to the area on Thursday. Starting tonight, as these cold fronts pass through, they will create cloudy conditions for the rest of the work week. Which will then be followed by a strong high pressure system moving over Southeast Ohio early Saturday morning resulting in sunny and fair conditions for Saturday and most of Sunday.
