Anjelica Moreno graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology and a certificate in Environmental Studies. Throughout her time at OU, she was an active participant in OUCAMS from the very beginning. She served as Treasurer her junior year, and Secretary her senior year. Throughout her senior year, she worked on a project called “Positive Degree Days Correlating to Glacier Loss in Glacier National Park.” She worked under Dr. Scott Reinemann for this project and also worked closely with someone from USGS. She was inspired to start this project when she went on a study abroad trip with Harold Perkins to Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park the summer before her senior year. She will be continuing on to graduate school at The Ohio State University and will focus on Environmental Science and Air Pollution. She also had two internships at the Ohio EPA Division of Air Pollution Control, and is considering going back for a career.
