Eric received his Bachelor’s from Ohio University in 2002 and trained as a professional pilot in the aviation program. After graduation, he planned on pursuing an advanced degree. He enrolled in several meteorology classes at OU, began forecasting for Scalia Lab, and also started taking physics and mathematics in order to gain the background required for graduate studies. Aside from preparing him for grad school, these classes ignited his lifelong interest in the sciences. He was recently accepted by Cleveland State University as a graduate student and will be pursuing a degree in Medical Physics.
