Lauren forecasted for Scalialab for 2 years, and comes to Ohio from Germantown, MD. She majored in Meteorology with an emphasis in Geography. She spent summer 2007 anchoring weather five days a week on WOUBs Newswatch, and continued to anchor weather once a week in 2007-2008. Lauren hopes to complete her graduate studies in the Atmospheric Sciences Department at the University of Maryland. She also hopes to pursue a meteorology career with NOAA or NASA after she receives her degrees.
