Dylan Hogan is pursuing a degree in meteorology. He originally began forecasting in 2025 and is now the Weather Observer for the 2026-2027 academic year. He is from Columbiana, Ohio, and has been fascinated with the weather since he was a young boy. He is specifically passionate about extreme weather events such as tornadoes, hurricanes, and blizzards. In the future, he wants to work for the National Weather Service. In his free time, Dylan enjoys watching sports, hiking, and hanging out with his friends.
