Clare Quinn was born in Fairview Park, Ohio, a small city on the west side of Cleveland. Her love for weather started in early childhood when she watched the local news weather forecasts. While she loves all types of weather, her favorite is severe storms, during which she always stands outside to watch the clouds come in. She has been attending Ohio University studying meteorology since 2025 and in the same year joined the Ohio University Chapter of American Meteorological Society (OUCAMS) club. With academic skills and knowledge in hand, she hopes one day to help people be prepared for the weather and to join a researching team to help the world better understand severe storms. Other than looking at weather models, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, playing video games, writing books, binge watching shows, and ice skating.
