Forecast Discussion

Clouds remain spotty for the rest of today before clearing out by the evening. Overnight, visibility will be low due to dense river fog during the very early morning hours until about 8:00am Monday morning as moisture collects at the surface. For the week, stagnant high pressure and zonal flow keep our skies clear and near-seasonal as highs rest around the mid-60s with winds majorly stemming from the west. Overnight lows will drop down to the low-to-mid-30s, increasing chances of light frosts. Wednesday is looking to see a slight jump in temperature as a warm front passes at the surface before a cold front brings small chances for spotty showers. Rain chances then return on Friday as an occluded low-pressure system pushes eastward into our region.
