Quiet conditions will stick around for today as high pressure is currently sitting right over the region. Temperatures will reach the low 90s with the mostly sunny skies. One more comfortable evening will be in store before warmer and more humid temps move in. The quiet weather does come to an end tomorrow as a frontal boundary gets smashed between 2 high pressure systems bringing with it the chance for a few showers and storms in the afternoon hours with the peak heating of the day. After the weekend we will be watching the remnants of now Tropical Storm Barry. By the time it reaches our area it will be post-tropical but as of now it looks to pass through the region by Wednesday and into the day on Thursday. Showers and storms will be likely on Wednesday with the remannt low. Aside from scattered showers and storms, southerly flow will bring temperatures to start the week in the low 90s with dew points climbing into the mid to upper 60s which will make it feel quite muggy outside.
