Forecast Discussion

High pressure continues to dominate the region with cooler and drier conditions. Chances for rain are minimal until the latter half of the weekend. Our main threat will be some fog due to radiational cooling. Fog could develop near sunset and then quickly burn off by 8am throughout the rest of the work week. Sunshine will dominate our area through the rest of this week and into the beginning of the weekend before a trough moves in giving us some pop-up afternoon showers and storms. Along with the increase in showers and storms the region will experience warmer temperatures and higher humidity with the southerly flow.
