After a few showers and storms last night, the region will see dry conditions throughout the day today. Scattered showers and a few storms are a possibility heading into Sunday and Labor day as a slow moving cold front approaches the area.  Timing of showers and storms on Sunday and Monday looks to be mainly in the afternoon hours. Dry air aloft will keep any storm from becoming too strong. Expect temperatures in the low 80s for Saturday before warming up for the latter half of the weekend into the mid to upper 80s. After Monday we dry out through at least mid week with temperatures in the mid 80s.
