The National Weather Service in Charleston, WV has issued a Flood Watch in effect until 7:00 PM Tuesday, February 12

Rain will persist throughout today and well into Tuesday as a warm front lifts north. Excessive rain will renew the threat for flooding in the region. Temperatures will remain in the low to mid 40s for this afternoon and into tonight. Tuesday will be characterized by temperatures peaking into the low 50s as we will be located in the warm sector of a passing low pressure system. A cold front will move through later Tuesday evening bringing another chance of rain and perhaps lingering snow showers early Wednesday, dropping temperatures down to the low 30s.
