Currently, a low-pressure system is situated in lower Indiana and is expected to bring us rain showers and gusty winds this evening. Rain could begin this afternoon and is expected to continue into the evening tonight tapering off around midnight. Into the evening, the low will continue eastward into New England and high pressure will fill in quickly afterwards. Zonal flow in the upper atmosphere will bring us calmer conditions Sunday and Monday. However, another low is expected to develop early next week and has the chance to bring us snow and rain Tuesday through Thursday.
