Forecast Discussion

A warm front continues to lift Northward leaving behind a warm and humid atmosphere behind. A few showers are possible overnight as a cold front slowly approaches the region. The better chance for showers and a few thunderstorms comes during the afternoon hours on Wednesday. A few storms could lead to some localized flooding. Temperatures remain mild and above average through Thursday as the cold front will continue to linger which will lead to more rain shower activity throughout the day on Thursday. The cold front finally begins to move out of the area on Friday bringing with it a refreshing North-West breeze ushering in lower dew points and average to below average high temperatures. The calm and comfortable pattern looks to stick with the region through the holiday weekend.
