Thursday will stay cool with a high near 63, followed by a colder Thursday night with lows around 38 degrees. Frost may develop late Thursday night into early Friday morning, especially in sheltered and outlying areas.

Temperatures begin to moderate on Friday with highs climbing to near 69 degrees. Clouds will increase ahead of the next system, with showers developing after 2 AM Friday night. Rainfall amounts are generally expected to reach up to a quarter of an inch.

Unsettled weather continues into the weekend as showers remain likely Saturday and Sunday. Additional rainfall amounts could again reach up to a quarter of an inch. By Sunday afternoon, a few thunderstorms may also develop as moisture and instability increase across the region. Shower and thunderstorm chances will continue into Sunday night before gradually decreasing after 2 AM.
