Forecast Discussion
The warmer temperatures were nice, but they will soon come to an end as cold air makes its return. Nighttime lows will be around freezing once again as soon as tonight, and the cold air will bring friends along, since after a sunny Saturday, snow is expected to begin early in the morning on Sunday and persist throughout much of the day as a system develops off to our east which could cause much worse problems for the East Coast in case anyone was going to travel out that way for the weekend.
The snow that falls here will likely have trouble accumulating because the high temperatures this past week has left the ground warm, and the nighttime lows will still struggle to get too far below freezing. But with that being said, it wouldn’t hurt to salt the driveway if you can.
