Forecast Discussion

A large ridge will overtake much of the eastern United States today and will remain present for the next few days. As high pressure continues to sit over much of the same region, temperatures are still expected to rise and possibly reach the lower 90s by this weekend. Winds are expected to remain relatively calm for the next couple of days, and thankfully, despite the heat, the relative humidity values will stay fairly dry. By Tuesday, a cold front will slowly make its way over Ohio and bring us some rain showers by mid-week next week, but currently, those chances are quite low. Overall pleasant, but hot, conditions are expected these next few days.
