Much of the same weather conditions persist this week. High-pressure will make its way through, keeping the skies clear and dry. These conditions will continue for the rest of the weekend and into early next week. Thankfully, come Tuesday, a low-pressure system crawling up the east coast of the United States will provide rapidly increasing cloud cover early Tuesday. With this comes the possibility of rain and rain showers late Tuesday evening into much of Wednesday itself. Even with this rain, I don’t foresee it putting a dent in our persisting drought in Athens.
