This morning will begin with a lull from yesterday’s rain event, but expect a brief shower in the late afternoon. The Flood Watch issued by the National Weather Service in Charleston, WV will remain in effect until 10 am this morning for Southeastern Ohio. Clouds will remain throughout the day and well into the beginning of the week, while temperatures will start to continuously drop to just above freezing by Monday morning.

Monday night will be the chilliest of the workweek with a low of 32 degrees. Tuesday evening will bring around a tenth of an inch of rain to the area, followed by another cloudy day Wednesday. Clouds will finally begin to break on Thursday and allow slightly warmer daytime temperatures with a high in the upper 40s.
