We are starting out this morning under steady rainfall conditions along with some patchy fog which have reduced visibilities in the area. Expect steady rainfall to continue through about 12p-2pm with a chance of isolated showers and thunderstorm between 2pm-5pm with threat of precipitation ending thereafter due to passing of cold front. We have observed just above quarter inch rainfall so far with half to 3-quarters inch is expected by the end of the event. Cloud coverage will start to decrease as we head into evening and overnight hours with some fog possible to start out Labor Day morning. Labor day itself will feature warm and sunny conditions for us with highs in lower 80’s. Warm conditions will persist into mid-week period before a strong cold front clears through our area before cool and crisp conditions return to our area by late week period.
