High pressure rests over Lake Erie as dry air pushes through the region today. Skies will be clear as highs will be in the mid 80s. Tonight will be clear and relatively cool in the low 60s. On Friday, high pressure pushes southeast of the area as skies continue to be clear and southerly flow brings warm air that increases temperatures into the high 80s. Moisture will arrive Friday night that will make the night humid in the high 60s. On Saturday, moisture becomes widespread as highs reach the mid 90s. Heat indexes could reach the high 90s. On Sunday, heat and humidity will allow for a few pop up showers and storms to form. On Monday, precipitation will become more widespread as a cold front enters the state.
