Today is going to be quite a pleasant shift from the early week snow we saw, as we can expect our daytime high to be in the upper 50s! However, after a few days of smooth sailing and overall stable conditions, we are looking at another low pressure developing out West that is expected to make its arrival gradually throughout the day today. While we won’t see rain today, we will see the clouds rolling in the later part of the afternoon. The rain won’t arrive until after the sun sets in the early morning hours on Friday. Expect a wash-out on Friday with the warm frontal passage, so temperatures are going to be rather pleasant for your daytime high. The associated cold front will pass over the region late overnight into Saturday, where we can expect a significant drop in temperature. Temperatures will drop below freezing as a result, so waking up on Saturday will warrant a winter coat!
