The National Weather Service in Charleston, WV has issued a Frost Advisory in effect from April 16, 12:00 AM EDT until April 16, 09:00 AM EDT.

Tonight it will be mostly clear and we will see the temperature drop back down into the low 30s. We will also see a possibility for frost overnight tonight. As for Tuesday we will see the temperature start to warm up again with high in the low 70s for most of the day with winds from the southwest at 5-10 mph with gusts up to 15mph. Moving into the overnight hours on Tuesday we will see the low only get in the low 50s with winds from the southwest at 5-10mph. The warming trend will continue into Wednesday with a high in the upper 70s with mostly sunny skies for most of the day on Wednesday. As for the rest of the week the warming trend will continue until Thursday night when rain will return to the area for the beginning of the weekend.
