The National Weather Service in Charleston, WV has issued a Flood Watch in effect from 7:00am Monday February 11th through the Evening of Tuesday February 12th.

Tonight we will continue to see rain into the overnight hours with a low in the low 40s. We will continue to see rain into tomorrow with a slight chance of a passing thunderstorm the high will be in the mid to upper 50s. Tuesday night the temperatures will drop out of the 50s back down into the upper 20s changing the last bit of rain into snow. That will taper off in the early morning hours on Wednesday. Continuing into the day on Wednesday the clouds will start to clear out with the high in the upper 30s. The warm weather will return on Thursday through the day on Friday with highs in the low 50s but the rain will return on Friday and will continue into the day on Saturday.
