Upper level ridging will trap moisture in the region on Monday, leading to humid conditions as highs reach near 90. Storms are possible in the late afternoon when heating is strongest. Monday night should be relatively clear as high pressure still rest over West Virginia at this time. The night will be humid with lows only reaching 70. Ridging will build up on Tuesday allowing for more warm, moist air to move in from the south. Highs will again reach near 90 and lows in the high 60s/low 70s. A cold front will begin to approach the region on Wednesday with storms becoming most likely in the evening. The front looks to pass over the region on Thursday as storms will be possible in the afternoon. Upper level ridging returns on Friday that will clear clouds and bring in fairer weather.
