Forecast Discussion

Tonight will remain dry with fairly zonal flow aloft as we await a strong closed low to our SW. Temperatures will hover just around freezing, and winds will remain calm with mostly cloudy skies. Monday afternoon will also stay dry, but rain showers associated with the SW low are anticipated to begin late Monday evening. Overnight showers will transition into snow and end in the early morning hours Tuesday. During this time, winds will pick up significantly between 10-15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

Wednesday, there will be a break in precipitation, and the sky cover will clear slightly. Thursday, there is a slight chance for rain showers, and temperatures will climb into the 50s. Friday skies will once again clear a bit, and the afternoon will remain dry.
