Forecast Discussion

High-pressure is expected to settle in tomorrow allowing mostly sunny skies to greet us after a dreadful past few days of gloomy weather. Another mid-latitude cyclone will pass over Michigan by mid-day Monday, allowing Athens to sit under the warm sector of the warm front associated with it. This will allow for the high to reach 58, however, by the late evening Monday and very early Tuesday, the cold front will finally move over Athens. There will be a chance for rain Monday night into Tuesday morning as well making for a soggy start to the day.

Thanksgiving Day has the unfortunate chance to also be cold and rainy, however, this seems to primarily happen during the morning hours to the early afternoon. Keep an eye on future forecasts for your Thanksgiving Day forecast!
