Forecast Discussion
Over the next few days, we will be under a broad area of low pressure left behind by the remnants of this current tropical system. However, this low pressure is unlikely to produce any precipitation so it will mainly be just partial to full cloud coverage. The low pressure will likely move out around Friday or Saturday, and as a result, we will be under another brief ridge as sunshine could make a brief return on Saturday. This will be short-lived, however, as a potential low pressure system might develop heading into next week. So, for the high temperatures over the next several days, tomorrow (Wednesday) will be in the low 80s, Thursday will be the mid 80s, and Friday through Sunday will be in the high 80s, with Saturday even having the potential to hit 90. Here’s to hoping next week might give us some (or more) relief with the drought!
