Forecast Discussion
As we move into tonight and towards Wednesday, high-pressure will remain over the region, keeping our atmosphere stable and calm. Temperatures will remain relatively unseasonably low the remainder of the week, but as we move into Thursday a mid-latitude cyclone maturing and pushing further into Canada will bring back the chance for showers and maybe even a rumble of thunder. As the cold front associated with this low moves over Ohio Thursday, a line of rain will likely follow alongside it. Some showers may move through in the morning hours Thursday, but the bulk of the rain is likely to impact us around the early afternoon hours. While a rumble of thunder is possible, no severe weather is expected at this time.
Temperatures Friday will return into the 80s, but as yet another cold front passes by, temperatures will dip back into the 70s and rain could make a comeback on Saturday as well. Otherwise, much of the same conditions from the past week will greet us by Sunday.
