Forecast Discussion

Moisture and convection will be available tonight for storms and showers to form. The amount of moisture and shearing will mean that storms could produce heavy showers. Clouds will remain on Thursday as most of the convection moves out of the area while moisture remains. Showers are possible from the afternoon through the evening, but a stray storm cannot be ruled out. There will be limited amounts of moisture and convection on Friday, so storms will be isolated and dependent on forcing from heating. On Saturday, upper level ridging forms which will bring in warmer air from the south and bring temperatures into the mid 80s. Weather will be drier as well from Saturday through Monday, but the atmosphere could still produce a storm if heating is strong enough to interact with limited moisture during this time.
