Forecast Discussion

Tonight looks to be relatively clear as the area remains in the warm sector of a low pressure system overnight. On Thursday, clouds will slowly trickle in during the morning ahead of an approaching cold front. Highs are likely to reach the 80s once again before showers and a few thunderstorms occur within the region around the late afternoon into the evening. Rain showers continue into Friday morning and a thunderstorm or two cannot be ruled out in the afternoon. High pressure behind the cold front begins to affect the region Friday night leading to clear conditions throughout Saturday. A pressure disturbance on Sunday will likely cause rain showers for the day before being driven out by the upper level pattern.
