Forecast Discussion

Upper level ridging continues to weaken as clouds look to stay in the area tonight through Thursday. High pressure tomorrow may bring some breaks in clouds, but an approaching warm front will return the region to overcast conditions and bring rain showers for Thursday night. Another chance for showers exists Friday as a warm front associated with an incoming low pressure system moves in. As Saturday approaches, the region looks to be hit by both the warm and cold front as the low pressure system begins to decay. Decent precipitation is expected on Saturday with accumulation around half to 3/4 of an inch possible. Skies will clear on Sunday as high pressure moves and looks to stay through Monday.
