Low pressure will be just north of the area on Sunday and will stall out over the region for the next couple of days. Rain showers are likely Sunday night along with a few thunderstorms. On Monday, the low pressure, now in the form of a stationary front pushes south, closer to the area. The frontal boundary will be close to the area from Monday through Tuesday making rain showers and the occasional storm likely through that period.
