Forecast Discussion

A stationary front will remain draped across northern Ohio today. North of this front, near normal temperatures in the 70s will persist, with mainly cloudy skies. South of this front, summer like weather remains the story. Temperatures nearing 90 with mainly clear and sunny skies will persist over the next couple of days. This front will begin to move southward as a cold front for the day Thursday. While highs here in southeastern Ohio will remain in the upper 80s and lower 90s, cooler temperatures off to the north in the middle and upper 70s will begin to push southward. Watch for a very slight chance of an isolated storm popping up Thursday afternoon. As this front passes Thursday night and Friday, temperatures will begin to cool. Thursday’s lows should reach the upper 50s, with lower 80s and upper 70s as highs for Friday into Saturday.
