Forecast Discussion
Calmer conditions are expected these next couple of days compared to the storms we saw last night. Temperatures are expected to rise through Thursday, peaking in the mid-70s before dropping back down into the upper-40s by Friday. A system will pass over the state Thursday night into Friday, bringing back the chance for showers and thunderstorms early Friday morning. Currently, a severe threat is not particularly expected, but please keep monitoring Scalia Lab as we keep an eye on these storms. Conditions will become much calmer as we move into the weekend with skies clearing substantially Friday evening into Saturday. Temperatures will steadily rise beginning on Friday as well, steadying out around the 50’s and 60’s this weekend and into next week.
