These next several days will be quite boring, so for those who like quiet weather, you are in luck! Temperatures will generally be in the low to upper 50s and low 60s through the next several days. Tonight is expected to be the only cloudy night for the next several days with a low in the low to mid 40s. Starting tomorrow, throughout the weekend, and into early next week, low temperatures will be in the mid to upper 20s, maybe low 30s. Conditions throughout these next several days will be relatively sunny or partly cloudy, with some occasional cloud cover here or there. This all is due to the zonal jet stream, which has caused this weather pattern that we have been experiencing. Zonal means horizontal (movement west to east), which is a good thing since if the jet stream is not zonal, then that can cause instability in the atmosphere and cause storms to form as a result of that. Enjoy the calm weather while you can before the reality of winter sets in!
